We have been with NSD for a few years now and recently our area got as new sales rep by the name of Jun. He came and introduced himself recently and honestly he was a breath of fresh air...lol...super friendly, and very informative. He didn't come into our business and trash talk any other company (as many others do) he just came with the right information that we needed to resign with NSD. He is a great representation for NSD ,hopefully anyone reading this will be lucky enough to have him as their rep.

We've been with NSD for several years now, and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate their straight forward approach to business. As a 20 year decision maker for our business, the garbage collection contracts had become a seriously hated part of my job. If I didn't pay attention, the costs seemed to spiral out of control, but negotiating new contracts felt far worse than sales pitch of buying a new car.

I would recommend Kent Hamrin's service and care. In an industry that seems overrun with aggressively auto-renewing contracts, he was straightforward and honest in all of my dealings with him over the years. The garbage and recycling pick up works as smoothly as expected, but I'll keep on renewing my contract with NSD for the excellent people.
