Dr. Stephens is kind, compassionate and she takes the time to listen and understand her clients. I have been seeing her for many years now to manage stress and digestive issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable and the education she provides to support ongoing health management is what sets her apart. I feel at ease during my treatments in knowing I am such capable hands!!
Rebecca is a great acupuncturist. I have been seeing Rebecca for years now at different phases of my life receiving treatment for different needs. At first I saw her mostly for my neck, shoulder and back, the usual problems for working long hours in front of the computer. She is very knowledgeable when it comes muscles and nerves and her treatment gave me lots of relief. She doesn’t poke you per standard acupoints like some acupuncturists I have seen - Rebecca pays close attention to your body to gain understanding how to treat you best. Then I saw her for fertility treatments, I gave her my IVF schedules and we worked out a treatment plan. Rebecca really cares and tries to provide the best treatment, not just putting needles in you and walk away until the end of session. Then I suffered from fluid retention and pregnancy carpal during the pregnancy of my twins. Then with caring for the twins around the clock I developed tendinitis and tennis elbow, on top of more body aches. Rebecca provided and continue to provide great relief for the aches I continue to have with looking after the baby twins. She moved further away to start her own practice but that won’t stop me from seeing her. She is really wonderful.
Rebecca is an amazing practitioner. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and you can see the pride she takes in her work. Another great thing about Rebecca is she continues actively working to learn new techniques in persuit of helping heal you. Any questions I’ve ever had about the treatment being received or about the human body she is more than happy to answer with a solid base of knowledge. I have recommended my family and friends to seek treatment with her.
I suffered nearly a decade with arthritic pain and stiffness in some of the fingers on my right hand. I found myself constantly rubbing the 'bumps'. Rainy days were the worst. On those days my fingers felt like they would break off at the joint! I started with acupuncture, and this began to relieve the pain. Then, to accompany that, Dr. Rebecca Stephens put me on a mixture of herbs. The bumps started to shrink and my finger became more agile.I have been pain free for more than a year, and I am just as fast at typing as I was before the arthritis. I often forget that I even had arthritis! Dr. Stephens has a calm and kind ambiance. She always explained what she was doing, and what I could do to help myself. I highly recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuff!
I went to Dr. Stephens because of a combination of stress and back pain. She took time to really understand what led to these issues and helped me understand what I could do day to day to alleviate them. I got acupuncture and cupping and it was amazing. After visiting her, I feel relaxed, the background aching has disappeared and I feel I can enjoy life to the fullest. She has a really warm personality and is always punctual. I regularly refer my friends and family to her.
