Not sure what the issue is with this old lady from other reviews, but the receptionist lady (she's not young so I guess the same lady) was extremely helpful, kind, and help me understand the mess that is the insurance system that we're forced to be subject under. Personally I found her to be even nicer than the receptionist lady at 4 Seasons dental in the vicinity, who is also very professional and accommodating. The doctor actually let me know what he was going to do before initiating any procedure (he actually told me that he will be drilling the rotten bit of the teeth for 30 seconds) before starting so I was able to brace myself, and personally no other doctor gave me heads up before working their scary equipments in the past so this dude has my vote. The place is very modern and clean, and I was able to defer not doing a certain procedure that I thought could wait because the old lady gave me an option prior to the procedure. Give them a go, I got a full five start service from these folks.
