Sydney Place Apartments

Right now, the building is pretty old but looks clean & feels sturdily built.
Other tenants were so helpful and friendly and the place felt like home from the moment we moved in.
The noise from the outside traffic is hardly noticeable [with the windows closed] considering there is a lot of construction high rises going up all over the area.
2 bedroom had 2 large bedrooms and was hard wood flooring with all new appliances. We are very happy so far!

It is with pleasure i state this. Although i don't know Brett the Manager well personally i see one thing he must endure is people who complain and don't count their blessings. From day one of moving in to Sydney Place he has been of excellence and diplomacy. He has always has gone out of his way to help many in the building with little thanks so i want to thank him for all the help during these trying times for all. I bid u peace.Glen

OUTSIDE OF BEING A LITTLE SMALL FOR MY WHEEL-CHAIR ITS A GREAT PLACE. THE MANAGER BRENT GOS OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE HELPFUL, NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOKS-------JIM

Beautiful quiet place excellent management, spacious and clean apartments a very quiet place I recommend it

clean, quiet, good mangement, walking distance to skytrain, mall and grocery

apartments are expensive for size
