Terra Firma Title Review

My husband and I had zero grade in the back and sides of our house resulting in basement water damage more than once. We are pleased to say sealing our crawlspace has further reduced our radon to outdoor levels, even though we have a mitigation system. Basement waterproofing, sump pump and window well drainage was our only options due to zero grade around the house. Ryan and his team, especially Tim were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all questions, even when we asked alot! Tim, James, Jonathon, and Chris worked very hard to get a large project done.

The service provided with Terra Firma has been a wonderful tool for us and super timely! It's an added feature we can show our clients (both sellers and buyers) particulars that are non financials on a property and then if we have to review things further we can. This gives excellent insight into properties. Honestly it is such a handy tool to have. I would absolutely recommend any realtor to have this.

I am almost a new RE agent. I subscribed Terra Firma for my own purchase and found it a very useful and easy tool to get clear descriptions about the property documents. I don't have many clients so for now it is not cost effective to stay on my subscription. I forgot to unsubscribe for the second month, so after the payment I asked them to unsubscribe me and if possible refund the second month payment. They accepted both. They responded fast, clear and short. The refund was done in a couple of days. I believe the reason is they have confidence of the quality of the service they provide, so they don't need to charge people in an unfair situations. They know I will come back. I love companies that their reputation and service is more important than small revenues.

I love this service. It works for me not only for my sellers, but my buyers as well, because there are a lot of agents that don't subcribe to this service and if you ask for copies of the charges on title, you get a blank stare. Regardless of the purpose, if I submit a title for review, I almost always get the results back the next day, so that my sellers know what may affect their sale, and my buyers get a legal opinion as to what the charges on title mean, so that they can make an informed decision. It's brilliant and relieves me of the responsibility of trying to explain to my clients what the charges mean.
