I’ve had the pleasure and benefit of working with Bonnie and Victoria plus the BML team since 1995, when the discipline of yield and revenue management were first becoming a science. Having worked with BML on nearly a dozen projects over the past 25 years; for each project, they brought their 'crystal ball' and wisdom to the table, to lay out options, strategies and a map leading to success and/or improved results.

One of BML's greatest impacts was developing Destination Vancouver's city-wide demand forecasting model, with Dr. Ed Mansfield. It was one of the key catalysts to lifting Vancouver’s success as a Tourism and Convention destination beyond our competition.
