WESTWOOD PLATEAU VILLAGE

Convenient location (to us at least). IGA is great for those little things that you need quickly although too pricy for all your grocery needs. The liquor store is quick and easy too.

Very convenient little court. Has everything needed.

Efficient, friendly and food and beverages tasted great. I've always loved this location. Even when there is staff turnaround, the service doesnt seem to suffer.

Perfectly located for all us families that live up the hill. Its shops are great for most things needed. A Shoppers and IGA as well as a subway and a dollar and sense store , which I love browsing through often. There are other stores as well in this strip mall..

It's rare to see a place like this in a pretentious wannabe snooty ville like Westwood Plateau.

Hey, it ain't no "British Properties" where we would all really live if we really had and substantive fortune.

None the less property is not cheap up here so to see so much of it wasted on a shopping center like this is unusual.

Obviously the Coquitlam OCP is the reason if exists (and the gas station across the street). Other wise the greedy developers would have swallowed it up and turned it into rich guy wannabe fodder years ago.

Great little place! I hope the City makes it stay like it is.
