BC Vapor

BC Vapor was recommended to me from a friend. They have a good selection of products to choose from. I spoke to Braden who was friendly and helpful. My order was shipped quickly and I received it in two days. I would recommend purchasing here.

Recently this business has turned itself around. I'm here changing my 1 star review to a 5 star because they have really shown me that they don't want to operate in any manner that isn't with the utmost professionalism. Thank you for reaching out to me and creating a positive from a negative.

My first experience with BC Vapor was less than stellar. I ended up leaving one star review. New owners have taken over the operation and have dramatically improved the customer service. I recommend BC Vapor and applaud the efforts made by the new owners to get the store back on track! Strong work!

These guys are scammers!!! do not buy from them. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, and have not received neither the product nor communication from the online store. Have attempted to call, only to get a voicemail with a full mailbox. No response to the 3 emails sent to their customer service.

Edit: the shop got back to me and explained the situation. They shipped out my order sooner after the call and reimbursed the shipping fees. sometimes things do happen, and I am glad they noticed and rectified the issue.

Had a problem with my order and couldn't get a hold of anyone due to staff changes. Once the store was back in full operations "Riley" helped me out big time with great customer service and got the package to me quick. Would recommend them 100% for your vapor goods throughout Canada. Thank you BC Vapor 🤘
