I've put a Graphtech Black Tusq XL nut on EVERY guitar I've gotten (with one exception that has an LSR roller nut) since I first tried one several years ago. Honestly, the reason I first tried them was because, in my opinion,
white nuts standout and clash. I was really surprised at just how much they really improved the tone of that first guitar while holding correct tuning longer with heavier trem use.
