Recently moved into our first home that we purchased as a pre-sale and Harvir was AMAZING to deal with as our Mortgage Advisor. Harvir was a tremendous asset to have on our team and we couldn't be more thankful for his support during the entire process. Going into this with basic knowledge, he ensured we were educated on the entire process and thoroughly explained all of our options. His communication skills were WORLD CLASS. Between the lenders, the developers, our realtor, notaries, etc (over a 1 year period) his level of follow-up after each meeting and keeping us in the loop the entire time was astounding.
