We had an excellent experience ordering our wedding sign from HiNeon! We mounted the sign to a greenery wall for our wedding day and it was a huge hit. After the wedding, we took it off the greenery wall and mounted it to our wall in our apartment! It is great that we are able to get a second use out of it. The sign is super high quality, and it’s nice that it’s dimmable (we had it at full brightness for our wedding but 50% brightness in our apartment). The silver/clear cables make the wires not very noticeable against our white wall, which is a big bonus. Also, the mounting pins it came with were helpful for mounting the sign to the plywood backing of our greenery wall! When mounting in our apartment, I cut some Command strips in half lengthways and placed them on various letters, which worked well and prevented wall damage. Overall, we highly recommend HiNeon, and it’s a bonus that they are a local producer!

My neon sign turned out better than expected. It's absolutely perfect for my home bar and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was very good and the packing for shipping was very well done.
