A very friendly club. It's a real hidden gem. High level instruction. Very clean and organized. The program here is well organized and Great for the new player. I also like it myself because Professor has a wealth of knowledge. A good mix of sport and self Defense.

The boys love the instructors. We are super fortunate to have such high level professors in our beautiful little community. They teach with passion and professionalism. They promote older kids and kids who’ve been around longer to help and encourage the junior kids. We are very grateful for all they have taught them.

By far the best place to train for Brazilian JiuJitsu in Ladner / Delta. The instructors are authentic, detail orientated, and passionate about this beautiful martial art. The schedule is by far the best and cannot be beat. I've looked all around an cannot find any other studio or school that offers the wide range of times that anyone can train at. And and to make it better...once you sign up you can attend any other affiliated school in B.C at no extra charge. Love this place so much!
