Leah made the process of selling our family home of so many years easier. While she is fun to work with and made us feel like we were chatting with a close friend, she is also very professional and highly responsive. She has been there for our questions, concerns, and fears. Her attention to detail, knowledge of contracts, and understanding of market trends ensured that we felt fully informed and confident that she was working for our best interest and that we came away happy with the end result and process of selling--something we were absolutely dreading. We are still laughing at how we actually wanted to buy our own house when we saw the public listing of a beautifully staged and photographed home.

Leah is the absolute best. She's helped me through 2 property purchases over the years. I want to preface my review to say that I initially discovered Leah because I was interested in a house she was selling. I looked at her listing and was so impressed that we decided to have her list our place.
That was the smartest move we made. She met us almost instantly, told us what we needed to do to have our place staged, and had the photos and videos done within a week. After that we had an open house over the course of two weeks and had over 60 people come through, which in turn we sold our place in just over a month. And buying our new place with her, was even easier. I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I are with Leah, and her team, and will only be using her in the future and will recommend her to all of our friends. Plus, we made a friend in Leah, which is a nice bonus :)

I just had to write a review of Leah Bach and the service I received. This was my very first house purchase and Leah worked diligently to achieve my wish list. Although she also tempered my expectations by stating that in all likelihood I would not be able to find everything in my wish list at one property. This of course was understandable, but guess what? Leah managed to find a property with everything on my wish list; 1 bdrm, under 250k, close to shopping, near major thoroughfares, in suite laundry, pets allowed, low strata fees (under $250 monthly), top floor preferred, etc. Not only did I end up with a 1 bdrm and den on the top floor with a strata fee of just $210, but Leah also negotiated and I got the place for 15K below the asking price! How is that possible in this market? Anyway, I can't say enough about the incredible job, Leah did, absolutely amazing! Save your time, effort and money and hire Leah Bach as your realtor. Seriously, she is the best in the business!
