Greg was the property manager of the townhouse I rented in Abbotsford BC (Brighton/Polygon) for a two years. Greg's willingness to answer my calls about issues and they were handled promptly and with efficiency. He empowered his tenants to make decisions to best ensure the safety and calmness of his renters. If it was an emergency which was to be handled quickly Greg's instructions were get it fixed we will cover the cost. As a single person this was a huge peace of mind.
