Precision was recommended to me by my insurance company because the original restoration company was slow to respond. Matt from Precision immediately got the ball rolling on repairing my unit from a water flooding event. He was able to efficiently coordinate his crews and additional contractors I had hired for other scope items under a challenging timeline

Matt was always available to answer any my questions and was extremely accommodating around my schedule, often making time after work hours. Much appreciated, would highly recommend.

Helped out with a renovation after a water damage incident. Huge crew of focused craftsman. Felt like everyone knew their role and how to keep the project moving forward. They always respected my home and kept positives vibes flowing. Good crew!

We had Gary and Java come to do flooring today. They were such a pleasure to meet and so professional.

My parents had an insurance claim. The Project Manager, Howard Chou, was very responsive and attentive to their needs. While I was assisting where I could, I also needed a Project Manager that spoke Cantonese to communicate well with my parents.
The trades, that the Project Manager brought on board were all very engaging and communicative. They were always timely with any appointments and the level of professionalism from each of them was great. It put my parents at ease knowing the their home would be repaired to their satisfaction.
