I just ordered 6 pounds of the Sashimi from Michaela @ Rock the Boat Seafood. We made Tuna Poke bowls with Avacado, green onion, pickled asparagus or a bed of arugula with sriracha mayonnaise dressing. I marinated the Tuna in Soya sauce for one hour prior to eating. The sashimi tuna melted in our mouths. We are still raving about our dinner last night. This homemade dish was better than anything you can get at a restaurant. What a treat to be able to access this high grade, delicacy (usually only found in restaurants) What a hidden gem Micaelas little seafood business is! I feel so fortunate to have found this hidden treasure. In times of Covid finding new dinner options can become boring & mundane. Micaela brings some exotic and fresh options to your dinner brainstorming, while also giving stay at home dinners “a restaurant feeling or experience” I can’t wait to try the halibut, salmon, ? prawns and scallops ! Just to name a few things awaiting us in Micaela’s freezers! I HIGHLY recommend Rock the Boat Seafood!
