Management is wonderful, Olena and her team are very willing to help. If you require maintenance to be done in your apartment they respond very quickly.

Apartments are quite large and heat and hot water is included. The units have working wood fire places which the building schedules for cleaning. Some of the units are renovated quite nicely as well.

It is a family oriented building where some of the units are pet-friendly. If you have a pet this is a great place for you to be able to socialize your pet.

Overall one of the best experiences I've had renting an apartment.

The two bedroom apartments are very large. Also, short drive to Scott Road skytrain station makes trips downtown very easy.

Management is wonderful, always sees that any issues are taken care of promptly. It’s an old build so that’s what you’re gonna get really.
I wish there were more laundry machines though. Rent is reasonable and if you pay it on time you don’t get bugged.
