(August 23, 2020, 8:09 pm)We pickup up 100#s of pickling cukes this past weekend to can at home. Garlic Dill Pickles! Yummy. Anyway we were very happy with the quality of the pickling cukes. They were the perfect size, freshly picked and nice and crisp. In the past few years we have struggled to find quality cukes. Most places say they are freshly picked but when you inspect them you find them wilted and bendy like rubber. BUT Snow Farms were perfect!
