I rarely commend people but Ivan does quality work, gets on with his business and has a great attitude to top it all off. The overall quality of the project is great and the customer service has exceeded my expectations.
(April 24, 2018, 8:01 pm)I’ve lived in 4 different units built by Solterra. They are a fantastic building company - on trend with thoughtful and detailed design. It can be hit and miss with their tradesmen though. Their seems to be an urgency getting the job done and things can be missed or finished insufficiently - however Solterra will come and fix the problem which keeps the bar on customer service high. There are a lot of nice people at the top level which is great to deal with.
