She is professional, an excellent communicator, ensures that her work area is clean and sanitized, friendly and polite, and just an overall lovely person. I always receive compliments on my lashes as her work is FLAWLESS. Not to mention my retention has improved significantly since seeing Emma. Her work is precise and skilled, and it is shown through her sets. I know I will always leave her studio with an amazing set.
