I had purchased a second Seville Tower Fan last April of this year, because I had bought one a few years ago which is still working and happy with. I started using the new one only last July and just recently I had a minor issue and tried researching the problem on the internet, but to no avail. So I called the company directly to see if they could help me troubleshoot the problem and without any hesitation and much to my surprise they said to me that they would send me a replacement fan. All I had to do was send them a copy of my bill. Well that was the most pleasant and easiest troubleshooting I ever had. Thank you to a wonderful customer service department for your kind and wonderful support.

There were no questions about my need for repairs on a fan all that was required was proof of purchase and they sent a new one. Hassel free service is hard to come by these days. They sent a new fan with no shipping cost to direct to my door.
