Ordered a number of items through IKEA and Xpo delivered them. I was happy with the communication (email and text) as it was constant and accurate. The people who delivered the items wore masks and were very polite.
Ordered through IKEA. They delivered my order on time without any issues. Great communication; very fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!
This is hands down the best delivery experience I’ve ever had. I was given a very reasonable window for when to expect my delivery, I then received a text message telling me my package was 20-30 minutes away. The driver unloaded my package into my garage warning me that one of the boxes was heavier than the rest. Confirmed I was happy with the delivery and then left. They were polite, professional and great at communicating my delivery window!
To put this into context yesterday FedEx didn’t ring my doorbell or knock. They then threw my package off the truck at my garage door and drove off like they had committed a crime
