Being an older athlete I was somewhat overwhelmed at the thought of training with a PT.
Going back to a gym environment after an absence of 30 years was also daunting.
However, I was lucky enough to win 3 x1 hour sessions with Rochelle and as soon as I met her, her smile told me everything would be fine. She was instantly in sync with my goals, fully understanding my strengths and weaknesses. Her encouragement to continue to strive to be the best that I can physically and her good sense of humour has made an amazing difference to my approach going forward. I already miss our sessions together but will look forward to checking in with Rochelle in the New Year to ensure I am on track.

Rochelle is the best! As a complete gym newbie she has taught me so much, pushed me much harder than i though i could go, and has helped me find a way to work towards my health goals!! love working with her!
Rochelle was a guest speaker at my school's Wellness Day. She donated her time, her knowledge and her amazing, contagious energy. My students LOVED her! She gave them realistic ideas as to what changes they could make to better their own health. Rochelle was a rock star, and I would work again with her in a heart beat!

Rochelle is the best :) all my life I've been dealing with my weight and my lack of motivation for exercising. We have been training for the last 4 months and now I am much stronger and healthy than ever in all my life. Plus she is more than a personal trainer to me, she is my friend now and she is a big support in my life. When I just started I was not able to do 1 push up after 4 months at least I can do 12 in a row :).
I have known Rochelle for approximately 7 years and have trained with her off and on. The motivation she brings to her training is so genuine and contagious, I love it!
Her passion for fitness is deep rooted and she is committed to finding and supporting that passion in others as well. That's what I think separates Rochelle from other fitness trainers; she doesn't just get you to one goal; she helps you find what you love and helps you build it into your life so it is a sustainable habit.
I have found every time I train with Rochelle, she naturally guides me to reach higher than I anticipated and I leave noticing a new potential within me. She has helped me reach a number of my fitness goals including a 5K race and along the way she even pushed for non-fitness goals too and helped me reach those.
The greatest thing is that at no point do I ever feel judged or inadequate, even though she can run or lift so much more than me. I definitely recommend Rochelle as a personal trainer, she seems to fit a wide range of needs whether you're a beginner or an athlete. :)
