The lobby and admin should not be a separate building than the residences. It makes the residence building lacking proper security.
Also raccoons show up as early as the skies get dark.

Perfect security system for the residential building-card access required to enter the buildings. Friendly staff at the commons block where there is a pool table and the equipment for pooling is available upon request. It’s also a nice place to study and exercise at the commons block.

It is a nice residence. the buildings are new and clean, and if you are lucky and have great roommates you're gonna enjoy living there. They have a lot of extra activities on the residence including BBQ, Yoga, Movie night, and more. The only problem is the expensive fees and being far from every grocery store on campus.
