I am about midway through a 3 month reconditioning program with Darren, and I have never experienced so much progress after an injury in my life (pelvic injury). I have quite a history of injuries, and Darren has been able to quickly and effectively navigate through the complexities of my body, find solutions, and guides me through them.

During my initial consultation, I was in extreme pain and Darren gave me significant relief with his osteopathic manual therapy. Then, once the pain issue was resolved, he progressively and systematically isolated my all my weaknesses to get to the very roots of the problem. He then helped me build back foundationally, with specific exercises and stretches that are now reconditioning my body to function properly and fully. My body feels like a cohesively functioning unit more and more everyday, it’s incredible.

I would absolutely consider Darren a genius at his trade. His focus, attention to detail, vast knowledge base of techniques, assertive confidence and humility set him apart from everyone I have ever seen (dozens and dozens of every type of physical therapist). I am incredibly grateful to have found him and can honestly say he is the best osteopath, rehabilitative strength trainer, and all around physical therapist I have ever seen.

Darren immediately earned my trust as he explained the purpose of the treatment he would be doing and as he began his thorough assessment. Too many physio or chiro appointments feel like an attempt to find the silver bullet. Darren was more than willing to put the appropriate time in to understand what was going across my body, not just in the area of discomfort, and develop his treatment accordingly. I will certainly recommend others to him and be back again myself.
