Awesome range of dog sport and dog training gear. They've got a couple bargain/discount bins that I really enjoy digging through. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are the cherry on top of this wonderful business. Dog friendly (obviously), newbie friendly, browsing friendly.

Absolutely incredible customer service of course by the owner herself. My dogs leash broke because he chewed it and I went to buy a new one. I asked her if I could also pay to have the original one repaired somehow because I absolutely love the leash. Without any hesitation she took care of that for me within minutes using an even stronger stitching than the leash was originally made with. I went home with TWO leashes that I absolutely love! I am absolutely in love with how strong and sturdy their sure-grip leashes are! The quality of their products are at a much higher level and it’s mind boggling how affordable they’ve kept their prices. I’ll definitely be going back again and again.

Nice selection of quality tugs for my Doberman. I ordered the “two handle bite suit tug” and a foam ball on rope. Both came very quickly, and were well packaged, from BC to Toronto Ontario. I just wish shipping was not as high as it is (almost $25.00) Thanks for the gear, my dog loves it.
