I messaged them to move a freezer and he responded immediately and knew what questions to ask including any corners, steps, width and ceiling heights to make sure he was able to move it from my home to a basement at my daughters place. He came with a second helper and used a dolly straps etc and moved it without any issues ! I would definitely recommend Eric’s for any type of move … they were professional and came on time !
