When my father passed away my family and I were overwhelmed with the funeral planning. After our meeting with Ian we felt much more at ease. Ian was very sympathetic and personable and he took care of EVERYTHING. His prices were cheaper than some of the other funeral homes we checked out and he gave us our options without being pushy.

Overall, Ian made a very difficult time a million times easier. I would certainly recommend him to other people I know.

I recently had a stillbirth and was lost as to all the arrangements I had to make. Ian was very helpful and supportive. While on a cruise last month, my father passed away. If it had not been for Ian's incredible help, planning and attention it could have been a nightmare. Before we left Ian had suggested we make a funeral plan just in case (my father was elderly). We made plans for ourselves, including death insurance in a foreign country, and planned ahead for my father as well. Luckily we did. Ian took care of EVERYTHING until we got back a couple of days later. I could not have gone through my dad's passing without Ian by our side. We felt so incredibly taken care of and had nothing to think about at all as Ian did everything, thought of everything, and went far beyond what we could ever ask for in service and compassion!! Ian, you are a Godsend and we are so happy to place ourselves in your care. I will recommend you to everyone I know! I have known many funeral directors in my profession but have never met anyone who could compare, even in the slightest, to your level of professionalism, compassion and general "gift" of service to those who grieve.
