(September 14, 2018, 5:18 pm)I live in Calgary Alberta and I own a Water Wacker pressure washer that is 25 to 30 years old. This has been an amazing unit. However the oil seals were failing and I was getting water into the oil side of my triplex pump. I made several calls around Calgary and went to two different repair shops. No one was able to assist in locating parts or repairing this pump. I was recommended to replace entire unit. I then googled Water Wacker and found FAE sales and service. I called and Annette answered my call. She knew instantly which unit I had and it's vintage. Shortly after I received an email with the parts breakdown / list. I then chose the required parts and within hours I had a very reasonable quote in hand. Parts are on order.
The service I received was amazing! Looking forward to my pump being repaired. I will definitely be buying my next unit from FAE sales and SERVICE. It will be worth the 1000km drive to me.
