October 2019, we were moving, and renovating our new downsized home in a strata complex. I was fortunate to work with Loni for all our needs. She took care of the canceling of our home policy, ensuring we had adequate coverage for our vacant home including insurance for the various trades working in the home, and explained how strata insurance worked and ensured we had all the coverage we needed.

Had to make a visit to make some changes on my account and some deposits. The teller did an amazing job of not only being efficient in the visit but she was personable as well.

If she was unsure of the process she reached out to her resources. She made the whole boring process of going to the bank, the complete opposite!

I find customer service goes a long way, and usually in places that are not regular “retail” great customer experiences don’t tend to happen.
