I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel this one is not only exceptionally earned but necessary to help others in this day in age. In refinancing my mortgage my case was not an easy one as I was trying to get out of private lending with an insolvency on my record. I tried multiple avenues before being referred to Spencer Ennis and nobody seemed interested in helping me. I was ignored, dismissed and given the runaround by a particular company that dragged this process out and made it entirely more expensive and stressful for me as I jumped through hoop after hoop.
Then I found Spencer who was absolutely fabulous. Not only did he procure a great mortgage for me at a fantastic rate but he was encouraging and calming. No question ever remained unanswered and he fought for me to get me exactly what I needed. The combination of his professionalism and compassion for my situation goes beyond anything I could have ever asked for and the timeliness goes unmatched by anyone I’ve ever worked with. I would hands down with zero reservation recommend him to anyone. I will continue to bring Spencer my business as I hope to grow my homeownership portfolio knowing confidently I will be guided in the best direction without question. Spencer, from the beginning of our very face-paced house search (two weeks) was supportive, attentive, on the ball, detail oriented (which is a massive plus in my books) and cared so, so much about us. As first time home buyers, we've never been through the process of applying for a mortgage. Spencer made the process tolerable (let's be real, finances are tough to talk about), effortless and without a doubt made the financial aspect less of a worry but more of a "you can do this!". From day one, Spencer had us in the loop with every single step, he made document submissions easy and hassle free. He always kept in touch and never did we feel as though we we're just "another client". Spencer was extremely helpful throughout the process, as a first time buyer I had endless questions and lots of things to learn. He was so patient and went above and beyond for me, due to the nature of the property in question it was very difficult to secure lending and he made it happen. Spencer reached outside his network and found someone who was able to secure it, his connections in the industry were very key.

If it wasn't for his help getting everything organized and setup with correct paperwork and explanations I don't think we would have bought. Thanks to Spencer our dreams are now a reality.
