The staff are very helpful. PacBrake has stand by for their products to date. I would recommend this company if looking for a air bag system to install into their truck.
Great service friendly people
These guys are great! Each member of each department was super helpful and 10/10 in professionalism. Can't wait to test out my new airbags. Thanks guys!
These Pacbrake airbags and the Bluetooth compressor kit works perfect for my new dually. Smooth ride with heavy duty capability. Better than my Ride Rite remote compressor kit and Firestone air bag set up on my 14' f350. Canadian company and technical support, if you need it.
The next Pacbrake purchase, Pacbrake Air horn kit.
I purchased an air spring kit from Pacbrake after looking around online and seeing a couple glowing reviews from some guys in a forum I follow. I figured it would be an easy install that I could handle myself. The manual was pretty easy to follow along with, but I did have a question regarding a bracket's orientation. I called Pacbrake and spoke with one of their customer service reps and he was able to answer my question and also give me a couple helpful suggestions to make the install even easier on myself. I'm very happy with my kit and grateful for the excellent customer service I received. My dad has always spoke very highly of Pacbrake's PRXB exhaust brake that he has on his truck and I guess the same can now be said of their air suspension kits! Keep up the great work, guys!
