Amazing services, atmosphere, and customer service!! We had massages followed by the cave mineral bath and we have never felt more relaxed. Can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely amazing place. I came with my girlfriend for the birthday epsom salt soak, it was an intimate and deeply relaxing experience. She was thrilled with the extra details: cupcake treat plate and tea, balloon, and gift box! Front desk staff was also very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend.

Cave is a wonderful location to choose for rmt massage along side other relaxation services. Kara is my usual and she does a spectacular job to the point where you can understand it's a merging of art, science and skill.

I've had times I've been so relaxed that I've forgotten where my arms are and imagined/felt them floating in front of me (they were beside me). She is so good at getting into the locations that hurt and treating them carefully in a way that doesn't aggravate it further. If you have a chance to try the hot rock massage it's one of the more blissful experiences in life and very worth the upgrade.

The mineral spa is also a great experience, warm water, nice smells and a dark cave environment really make the experience special!

What a beautiful and peaceful space this is. Had a massage with Kristi and she is an amazing rmt. Couldn't be happier with my experience. The owners have done a great job and I would recommend this place to anyone. This is a top notch wellness clinic and worth a visit to any of the various treatments available.
