Covid is really affecting customer service every where.. put a smile on behind the mask

Food was fresh and delicious. Most important to me I'd fries were hot fresh! Person at cash was exceptionally friendly.

We work very hard in there but unfortunately they have to learn to listen better the girl at the drive-thru is very nice the whole staff is nice however when I mentioned something specifically they don't follow through because they don't communicate the girl that was taking my order would guarantee that she would do something for me and she didn't relay the message to the other girl and so my order was screwed up but that's okay because they have to learn when somebody takes the order the girl who takes the order has to relay the specifics to the other girls so in a way I was putting my full trust in the girl that was taking the order but when I got the order it wasn't what I asked. And she said yes yes don't worry about it I will do that but you didn't it's just called poor communication skills other than that everything is perfect get it right the first time please and slow down even when it's busy slow down your mind if you are taking the order and then I watched her and there was a few that went to the drive-thru and she got things messed up so I thought well maybe cuz she's young and she's just starting I don't know but I think maybe it's because she has to slow her mind down take the time don't multitask because if you multitask you will screw up your make so many mistakes but they are a wonderful group of young ladies and workers I adore them
