Norman was very knowledgeable and approachable throughout the process. In addition to working on the boat Mike the mechanic took extra time to explain its inner workings and facilitated a very informative sea trial. Maureen's administrative assistance made the trailer licensing, boat registration, and other related tasks seamless. Perhaps most impressive however was the time they took and effort they put in to fix a very small number of little things to make sure our boat was completely ready for the water once we left their shop. Because of Norman and his team we have every confidence we have a good used boat ready for our family and heartily recommend Marine One.
