“We had a mold inspector come 2 years ago and found some spots that had the potential of mold, but could not prove it. We hired Josh just recently and he found multiple spots and was able to source out the issue. One spot was our shower. Moisture meters were picking up lots of moisture but we couldn't tell what was going on. Josh spent his time, looked thoroughly and found a leak from the showers pipes by using a camera. We now know the problem instead of it being a what if scenario!”

“Trading Post is one of my go to favourite local restaurants. Today was a beautiful day, so we enjoyed dining outside and I brought my puppy along, since the patio is dog friendly. We decided to do the dine out Vancouver menu and each dish was so incredibly delicious. The butternut squash soup to start was perfect, the duck confit was one of the tastiest duck dishes I've ever had, and my friend really enjoyed the gnocchi dish. And then we had the apple cake to finish off our meal and each bite was delectable and scrumptious. The service was fantastic as always and I look forward to my next visit.”
