Overall, our experience with RDG Management has been great and we have recommended them to our family/friends. We purchased a property in one of their buildings, the Wex, and couldn't be happier. Lovely finishes, clean, well kept, and quiet building. Neighbors are lovely too. Close to Willoughby Town Center which is great for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Neighborhood is golden.
We recently contacted RDG for a family member interested in one of their developments. Staff were very helpful with good service and communication.
We previously owned another condo from another developer, and overall, our experience with RDG was a lot better when comparing the two. Prior to this place, we lived on the island, and our old condo even though it was new came with a few issues which was unfortunate. 4 years and we’ve had no issues so far with our place here. We're very happy we haven't had to worry!
The building is very quiet. Soundproofing is great and we don’t hear our neighbors, except for when a group is waiting/chatting by the elevators which is to be expected. We’ve had a lot of people comment on our layout - use of space is really good, no awkward hallways or wasted space. Materials are high quality. Common areas are clean and upscale looking, leaning toward more simple/minimalist for those who like that kind of style. Overall I find their finishes very lovely. A lot of their developments, seem to be popping up in growing communities, with access to amenities/shopping/schools, and this is something we really liked about our building. They are building a lot in the Willoughby - Langley area and there’s a nice community feel to the neighborhood.
Their other development, Alexander square seems nice too. Hasn’t been built yet, but from the plans and pictures the complex/location seems very nice. Would be really nice to live in one of those, although last I heard, there’s a bit of a delay on it. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
