Gulraj and Shane are fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly. Really follow through on any task before them. I find technology so overwhelming but they make it easy - like the Staples button. 😆

Staples is one of the few places left in GVRD still accept empty cartridges. Thank you for providing the recycling service. It has been a while since I last visited the store. Most of my shopping is done online these days. The store still has the same well-lighted, spacious sales floor as I have remembered. It is still a good place to shop for office electronics and furniture. Lots of parking available.

Excellent customer service in the print area from sales associate Hannah. First over the phone when I called in with a question about my order… longer than normal wait time, for which Hannah offered a heartfelt apology. I then realized I’d made a mistake on my online order so I went to the store in person. As luck would have it, I was assisted by the same friendly associate. Hannah was professional, helpful and genuinely concerned with getting me the best product for the best price possible. Huge thanks for the outstanding service!
