We had a fast turn around sale of our current place (subject to purchase) and purchase of a new place (subject to sale).
Nick was recommended to me for the inspection on the new place, and I am so happy that we went with the recommendation.
Nick is EXTREMELY thorough, testing, taking photos, documenting and explaining EVERYTHING in simple terms that I could understand. He also took the time to go through upcoming financials from the deprecation report on the new place.
He provided a full and extremely details written report the same night.

Nick was extremely easy to book with, as quick as a simple phone call. The walk through was fairly simple and fast as well, he does send you a detailed and easy to follow report of any work that is recommended in the emailed link to your report. There’s even photos attached to the report of your actual premises with arrows showing what he’s referencing or referring to! He’s very experienced and explains why the work needs to be done. He takes payment by card on spot as well which is convenient.

Nick is the best home inspector I've ever used. Being a builder and contractor himself; he is able to thoroughly inspect homes and can give you an accurate idea of the cost to repair.
