I've had several repairs made on my devices at the Langley location. The prices are great, staff is very friendly and they provide excellent work on your devices.

I typically repair my own devices, but when needing to keep the IPX rating on a device, I'd rather place my trust on the staff at Guru’s cell phone repairs with their manufacturer parts, rather than some parts off of eBay or Amazon. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get a device repaired.

I broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price and great directions. When I got there the gentleman was pleasant and knew his stuff! He told me to come back in 20 minutes and I did and boom my phone was brand new and he even fixed a sensor. He tested everything in front of me to ensure me it worked and that they did not store there finger print! I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of this place. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about them! I have not come across many people, especially business people, who are such good-natured and kind people. I was very impressed with there demeanour, there helpfulness, there competence and willingness to explain and accommodate my situation.

When they took my phone apart to fix the screen they found a swollen battery. They went out and picked up a new battery and waited to hear from me as to whether or not to fix it. They showed me the issues and explained the situation in detail, which made me comfortable as a consumer knowing he knows what he's doing, they are honest and straightforward. There's more to it, but I'll keep it short and say they went above and beyond and I am very appreciative!

Service was timely, professional, courteous, affordable and well done. There are not many businesses that operate at this caliber. Thank you, Guys !!
