Jan's Precision Auto Body - ICBC Auto Body Shop

This past summer was my second time using Jan's and as usual I was SO happy with the service. My first time using them was in 2015 when my car was broken into (they smashed up the whole door with a rock, leaving it dented and needing paint +) Jan's was quick and easy to work with and made ICBC a breeze. The second time we were hit by a flying piece of wood on the hwy. Jan's again jumped to action, and even worked with my husbands insane work schedule. The owner is super nice, as are all the staff!
When I picked up my car both times I was so thrilled at their work BUT the second time I was absolutely blown away by their care and service! I had dropped off a dirt vehicle inside and out, I was 38 weeks pregnant and my car was riddled with dirt, toddler toys, and dried McDonalds fries... Jan's completely cleaned my car inside and out, like a DEEP clean -- this was not requested or required. They had noted how busy we were, how pregnant I was and wanted to help us out. They serious went above and beyond. I will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great people, small family run business. They helped me sort a fender bender, corresponded with the other party, took care if my damage and provided a nice courtesy car at $30 a day. Overall a great experience and I will be returning to them/recommending to others.

I spoke to some other, larger places on the phone and they were not nearly as helpful, that's why I tried these guys out, well worth it.

I was not familiar with how things work with insurance companies so I trusted good ol’ Google and Jan’s had the best reviews and ratings! Not to mention they don’t even pay Google to appear up top (don’t trust those shops that pay for google ads). When I first called, the lady on the phone was so kind, and took the time to explain everything to me - I had a lot of questions! She knew I was anxious and wanted to get my car fixed right away. She offered for me to come for an estimate right after I hung up and they walked me through the process. I can’t even tell my car was in an accident! It looks amazing, the whole process was stress free, they have fabulous courtesy cars, and they got every spec of dirt out of my car. I’m not kidding, it was spot free and looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. Good service is hard to find these days, but the team at Jan’s were just delightful to work with. I had to pay it forward for everyone else reading reviews like me. Trust me on this one, don’t look any further, Jan’s is the place to go!

This was my first time using this auto body shop. I was really impressed with the body repair work and painting they did on the damaged area of our vehicle.

What blew me away more importantly was the amazing car detailing service they provided to the inside and out of our Van. I don’t think it has ever looked this spotless. I looks better then when we first purchased our Van brand new. What an incredible added service unlike other places which just vacuum and wash your car, this was a complete full detail. Thank you so much. I will recommend Jan’s Auto Body to everyone I know. 5 stars!!!

Service was fantastic, great communication, the work looks fantastic. They went above and beyond I went in for a bumper paint... car was a mess inside, I felt bad bringing it in like that... I get in, the car is spotless unreal... 100% recommend across the board. The paint job looks amazing.
