Admittedly most dealers don't encourage a backyard mechanic mentality and as a gearhead I was determined to teach my daughter to change her own brakes. The annoying software message wouldn't go away without a trip to MINI but the friendly service team was understanding and helpful. Nice to see MINI is still sticking to the original heritage of customer service and fun cars that grew this brand. Well done MINI!
