(July 12, 2020, 1:04 pm)First time using your services and was very impressed with the level of customer service! I came in to recycle some old bed frames and got a bit lost... not for long though! Your staff were so helpful and friendly. Never felt ignored. When I was directed to the correct place, I was quickly greeted by a courteous and helpful staff member, who offered to bring the loader close to my car so that I could put the bed frames right in the bucket. He was very kind (as were all of your staff!) and really made my day with his positive attitude:-) Would definitely recommend!

(December 30, 2019, 1:38 am)We dropped off an old over-the-range microwave here, as well as the huge packaging that the new OTR microwave came in. Drove into their facility and an employee approached us to give some direction. We were in and out in less than 5mins. They make it so easy!
