Fantastic prompt service. Second time using this location and they are spectacular. Happy helpful prompt customer service. Will recommend to others plus continue to use this location for my future vehicle window needs. Also - had called regarding a possible leaking back window a few years ago. They worked through a process of elimination over the phone which led me to a leaky brake light on-top of the back window. Didn’t have to bring in my truck and the phone call was free. Love this location.

Popped in Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm to schedule my 2017 F350 in for a replacement windshield. Was greeted immediately, and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could get me in first thing in the morning the next day. I dropped my truck off at 9 am, and it was complete by 2 pm. Not a mark on it, flawless install, complete with a freshly vacuumed interior!!! Thanks again for your great service...as a Silver Valley resident, I'm proud supporter here of Maple Ridge businesses, and Broco MR is no exception. Cheers!

Scheduled to close on Saturday at 2. Showed up without an appt at 230 and they were still working. Fixed my windshield in 20 minutes. Phenomenal service.

Absolutely fantastic employees especially the young man who looked at a leak inside my car I thought was my window, he showed me about my sunroof and with a very simple flush of the drains fixed my car .. I can't possibly explain how much a simple fix without any bs or making me feel ridiculous means to me. I absolutely recomend Broco for window work.
