All Points Exteriors

I hired All Points Exteriors approx. May 2019 to redo the whole outside of my house (Siding, fascia, trim windows, doors outlets hydro meter and wrap my front posts and beams) There were several times I had to tell Dave’s employees what needed to be trimmed out. Overall the work was completed on schedule and budget and I am happy with the majority of the work with the exception of trim around the hydro box and the wrapping of the posts as most of the wood does not line up and should have been trimmed down to be flush with the other boards (Some places are over ¾ overhanging) Dave is a super nice guy but does not like it when you point out work that you are not happy with.

I’ve been through a lot of renos over the years, and All Points is unquestionably the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I genuinely like Dave and his team, their work was outstanding.

Our reno was quite large. There was 1100 sq ft of cedar decking being installed, a roof extension to created a covered deck space, and a 300 sq ft building in the back yard. We had started our project with another contractor and it was a complete debacle. Dave came in and was so genuinely kind - it was such a relief to be working with nice, honest, skilled people. They picked up from where the previous contractor left off, corrected his mistakes, and got our projects to completion.

We are so, so happy with the work they did, and the overall experience of working with Dave’s team. I truly hope to work with them again in the future!

The quality of the work done by the All Points team is worthy of recognition. Too often I have seen trades that are focused exclusively on getting the job done fast, but not necessarily right. The All Points team quoted a reasonable cost for work, came in and did what they said they were going to do and did the work with attention to detail- as if it was their own home.
