Mark was excellent to work with. His price was fair, the quality of his work excellent, and the work was completed when he said it would be. No mess left afterwards. He rebuilt a set of stairs outside and replaced a kitchen faucet. I wouldn't hesitate to use MLDA Construction again.

We had a great experience working with the MLDA team to design and rebuild our backyard to become the deck we have always hoped for! They also made recommendations and repairs for the side pathway of our house that became a hazard overtime with wear and tear. The team was solutions-oriented, exceptional craftsmanship and open to discussing concerns/questions we had about costs.

Mark and his crew did a extensive renovation to our 1912 heritage home. The reno included a kitchen, mud room and powder room. Everything was done with high attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and sensitivity to our old home.
Mark is incredibly professional, organized and easy to communicate with. The whole project was enjoyable from start to finish , and we can’t wait to have MDLA back again to renovate our upstairs bathroom.

I contracted MLDA Construction to replace my back stairs, surrounding fascia board and replace my front stairs sideboard. All the work was done with the utmost of care and attention to detail. They arrived when they stated and completed on-time.

They removed the old stairs and wood and cleaned the worksite perfectly.

I would highly recommend MLDA, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends or family, and I would not hesitate to engage them again for future work.

Mark and his team at MLDA built a new deck for us this spring. We had and idea of what we wanted and were able to talk it through with Mark to settle on a design that worked within our space.Mark was approachable and easy to work with.
