World class training facility

It is an awesome campus for the training of first responders with "live" scenarios!

Excellent School. Excellent Experience. Instructors that care that you succeed. They put in the hard work and expect the same from you. If you want to slack off and show up for a piece of paper go to another school. Here you get a ton of time on the nozzle. It is very hands on with time to do everything many times until it becomes muscle memory. You work with working or retired firefighters from all around the region. You get first hand knowledge about the difficulties in the surrounding areas and how local fire departments deal with them. The course is paramilitary and team orientated. They want and promote team work. You get hall visits to local fire departments towards the end of your course and local fire departments come and do recruitment drives. Allowing you to meet the fire department recruiters face to face and get those questions you have answered. It is a little more expensive then other courses out there but the price is worth it over and over and over. There is so much networking, valuable resources available and hands on training you would be selling yourself short going anywhere else. You push yourself and go above and beyond for your team everyone will notice. The best part is that if you are driven the people who notice are the people who instruct the course or stop by during your training and go “Wow I want him on my department”. The possibilities are there if you choose to make them for yourself. Choose a school that gives you the skills, experience and so much more. Choose the JIBC.
