Great work knowledgeable staff
I don't really know how to convey how much the landscape of many different businesses have changed over the years, but finding a place where the relationship and reputation is not replaced with interaction and brand. The new terms that seem to take the accountability and responsibility out of the equation is annoying. This is not one of those places. From my experience, which is of course subjective, you can likely be expecting a better result from people who care. They may not have shirts and uniforms that match the signage and color of the building or the budget to have commercials and marketing that reach everyone. I feel that the businesses doing the work simply don't have the time for the facade because they are to busy doing the work of properly repairing your ride and being up to date with ever changing landscape of automotive paint and collision repairs. Look past the fancy, the pretty and the illusion of organization to realize the depth and substance of owners, managers and employees who care about the result in any industry and you will not he disappointed.
These guys went above and beyond. I couldn’t get my car in right away, as things around us were shutting down due to the pandemic just starting up, but the front end of my car was hanging off. I came in for an estimate, as the guy who hit me wanted to pay out of pocket. These guys at Meadowridge had no idea I’d be bringing my car back to them to get the work done, but they wired my car up anyway, so the front end wasn’t hanging down.
When I finally checked with the guy who hit me, to see if he was financially still ok since the “Rona”, the guys had my car in and out in two days, gave me a courtesy car, and were so friendly. One of my headlights was not being replaced, but they polished it so that it would look as nice as the new one. Thank you to John, and mostly the good looking young guy that played receptionist while theirs was out. Sorry, I didn’t get your name!! But you were so pleasant!! ❤️
What a great experience. Everyone was very positive, welcoming and extremely helpful! They helped me with an ICBC repair claim and had my vehicle repaired in the matter of days. To top it off, they discovered my back light was smashed in a bit and repaired that any ways with no additional charge! The loaner vehicle they provided was clean, new and very reliable. I highly recommend coming here for your vehicle repair needs.
Tony & his Staff deserve more then 5 STARS! I've been dealing with the Boss since 1985. Lost track of how many customers I've recommended. NO complaints my only complaint he's never there when I go in for a chinwag. I dropped off my car today for some work picked it up 2 hrs later. Where is Tony? You told me he'd be back when I pick it up. Lots of laughs with Pat, Taylor & John.
Pat this F 150 was before your time. A drunk ran a red light, I rolled his step van. He survived & wasn't charged because the officer was going off duty! ooo:)im
