My friend recommended "vaccum shop" and I'm very happy to say it was the best recommendation! Bob is truly an upstanding, trustworthy, no bs type of person. I am so pleased with how my vaccum is now working to its full potential.
Look no further for other vaccum places because Bob won't waste your time or money, he will get the job done honestly and efficiently.

Highly recommend this store! Needed a part for my Miele vacuum. Called and got friendly, prompt service. Part cost $40 installed for free. Had a quote from another vacuum shop in the lower mainland. Didn't have part in stock, but would order it for me if I was willing to wait. Cost: $100.

We have been bringing broken vacuum parts here for 10 years to have repairs done. Excellent prices on repairs and new parts combined with friendly and honest service - why go anywhere else?

He has very reasonable prices and takes the time to explain things and show you what work was done on your vacum. He is very reliable and accurate with his outcome in terms of getting the job done and what he needs to do. I was very pleased with the pride he takes in his job. My mother had bought a used vacuum from this shop three years ago. She had been using a pet carpet powder and plugged it up, and thought she ruined the motor.
She took it in and he was able to fix it. It looked and sounded like new. He hardly charged her anything.
She told me it was the best vac shop she has ever been to. I have to agree.
