Ace Charters Vancouver

I had a great experience with there service. I got a ride from Agassiz to Surrey in the morning for. The driver was great, had water bottles. For return from Surrey to Agassiz, I booked a taxi through another company, and the driver didn't show up. They even refused to return the money for not giving any service. The time for return was 9:30, and I was panicking because the area was new to me, and I was alone. After waiting for 1 hour, I decided to call the Ace Charter driver, Mr. Narendar, to ask for help. And he immediately agreed to it, and he was concerned because it was 10:30 in night and I was alone. Instead of offering a price, he asked me how much I could pay, and he agreed for it. I expected him to ask for a different price because he was coming from Vancouver to Surrey 60 km away to drop me home in Agassiz which is again 200 km away—knowing for a fact that he had no passengers for return All I can say after this incident is that they genuinely care for their customers. I appreciate his service.

We used Air Charter for airport pick up and to Canada Place cruise terminal. A day trip to Seattle. Great prices. We were very happy with their service. Special thanks to Mohammed and his team.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. Yes it was our hotels staff at the Hampton Inn who advised us of the 0900 pickup for our return. As such I've given your service full marks.. hotel probably not as much ;)
Was to be picked up at 0900 (Sunday at Canada Place) after Alaska Cruise, at least that was the time booked.
Called to find out, "should be there around 0945".
Driver was very courteous and bus/van was clean.
